It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Marco Torres-Holmes, a dedicated and compassionate professional who served his patients with the utmost care. Dr. Torres-Holmes will be greatly missed by his family, colleagues, and patients.
Practice Update and Continuity of Care
As of 1 November 2024, Dr. Torres-Holmes’ practice has been acquired by Dr. Serwalo Ramagaga, an experienced Otorhinolaryngologist, who was also trained and mentored by Dr. Torres-Holmes and will continue to offer care for our patients. Dr. Serwalo Ramagaga has established a smooth transition plan to support patients during this time.
Access to Medical Records
We understand the importance of access to your medical records and treatment history. The records from Dr. Torres-Holmes’ practice are securely maintained and available upon request. - Medical records will remain available until 31 July 2030.
- After 31 July 2030, unclaimed records may be securely archived or destroyed as required by POPIA and the applicable HPCSA guidelines.
